Melvin, Cassandra Jessica Cassandra Jessica Melvin, 20, beloved daughter, sister, cousin and friend was called to her eternal resting place on Sunday, March 29, 2015 due to injuries sustained from a pedestrian accident. Born on June 11, 1994, Cassie was an animal lover and active in hiking, kickboxing and yoga. Cassandra is survived by her mother and father, Thomas and Rochelle Melvin; paternal grandmother, Josephine Melvin; maternal grandmother, Marge Merrills; sisters, Michelle Dearholt and husband, Jimmy and Mindy McIntire and husband, James; uncle, Joseph Merrills; aunt, Alice Merrills; cousins, Jamie Fassler and Charles Dutcher; and a large extended family. Family and friends may visit FRENCH - Westside on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with services to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NW.
