Cassandra Boyer

Cassandra (Cassie) Lee Boyer, 41, our Special Angel, was called to her eternal resting place on December 6, 2024. She entered this world on November 12, 1983 in Albuquerque, NM, born to Robert and Rebecca Boyer.

She is survived by her mother Rebecca Boyer; father Robert Boyer; sister Caitlin Boyer. She was preceded in death by brother Andrew Boyer, grandparents Don and Eileen Boyer and Ralph and Marjorie Braun.

Cassie loved her large extensive family of aunts, uncles, and cousins in Michigan, California and Florida. She was very proud to be called an "Air Force Brat" and loved the military. She loved discovering all about her Scottish heritage and all the new friends that came with that.

She had many interests, activities, hobbies, and passions: Singing karaoke, painting and crafting, dancing and Zumba, water aerobics, Special Olympics, bowling. She deeply loved her family, friends, dogs and her sweetheart, Stephen. She loved to travel and see new people, places and things. She was a true fighter. if you told her she couldn't do something, she would prove you wrong! she never let having Down Syndrome ever limit her. She had the biggest heart, best smile and that sassy attitude. She will be missed!

A visitation for Cassandra will be held from 2 PM - 6 PM on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at the FRENCH-University chapel at 1111 University Blvd NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

A funeral service to honor Cassandra's life will be held at Eastern Hills Baptist Church in Albuquerque on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 6:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her memory.
