It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, Carrie Montoya-Pegg, who left us far too soon on April 15, 2025, at the age of 45.

Born on October 16, 1979, Carrie brought light, laughter, and love into the lives of everyone she met. She built a respected and meaningful career in real estate, helping countless families find their forever homes with care and dedication. Her professional journey included roles at EXIT Realty and Coldwell Banker Legacy, where she earned admiration not only for her work ethic but also for the compassion she brought to every client interaction.

She is survived by her cherished daughter, Brianna Montaño; her loving parents, Fred and Sylvia Montoya; her devoted sister, Jolene Roybal and fiancé, Patrick Kline, along with niece and nephew Joshua and J'lee Roybal; her brother, Brandan Montoya, and sister-in-law Roberta Montoya, and their sons Zander and Ezra Montoya.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Montoya, and brother, Nikki Montoya, whose memories live on in the hearts of those who loved them.

Carrie will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her warm spirit, and her ability to bring joy to those around her. Her presence was a blessing, and her absence leaves a profound void in our lives.
