Carolyn Tisone

Age 74, a resident of Albuquerque since 1968, died Wednesday, May 8, 2013. She is survived by her children, Teri Sheldahl and husband, Kevin, Valerie Tisone of California, Julie Tisone and husband, James of Virginia, Amy Herring and husband, Paul of Texas; 10 grandchildren, Robert, Rochelle, Conor, Melissa, Avalon, Kylie, Matthew, Maeve, Faerin and Garrett. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Tisone. Carolyn was an active member of the NM Cross Country Ski Club, NM Mountain Club, Gourmet Club, and a Winetasting Club. Carolyn graduated from UNM in 1982 with a Masters in Early Childhood Education degree. She enjoyed many years of teaching for APS. A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, May 11, 2013.
