Carolyn was called to her eternal resting place on Saturday evening in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family. She will be dearly missed.

She was born to Roger and Mary Margaret on August 7, 1945, in Columbus, OH.

She is survived by Gordon, her high school sweetheart and beloved husband of 57 years. They first met in 1959 when she and her family moved in next door. They were married in 1964; they moved to Albuquerque, NM in 1984 and lived most of that time in Tijeras, NM. Her pride and passion were caring for her husband, 7 children, 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, seven brothers, and her son Roger.

She is also survived by her oldest brother Pat (Sharon); children, Gary (Sharon), Tommy, Freddy (Amber), Gordy (Christy), Teresa (Tate) and Mary Lyn (Rick); grandchildren Derrik (Shartel), Jessica (Zach), Leslie, Megan (Simone), Miles, AJ, Katie, Joey (Samantha), Jasmine, Jocelyn (Matt), Bailey (Anthony), Nick, Cassidy, Corina, and great-grandchildren Nathan, Brynn, Violet, Maddox, Dorian, Tyrian, Tristan, and Charlotte.
