Carole Stewart

Carole Ann Stewart, age 89, of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully on April 20th, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on November 10th, 1935 in Chester Illinois, Carole lived a life marked by kindness and unwavering love for her family. She was the heart of our home and a source of wisdom and warmth for everyone who knew her.

Carole was known for her gentle spirit, her warm welcoming smile, her incredible cooking, and her dedication to her family.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years Jerry Stewart, children Ron Stewart, and Joyce (Lyle) Golightly, grandchildren Nicole (Josh) Cofer, Adam (Danielle) Stewart, Daniel (Allison) Golightly, James Stewart, Jedi Stewart, Levi Stewart, 13 great-grandchildren, brother John Taylor and sister Jackie Thomas. She was proceeded in death by her parents and grandson Jerran Golightly.

A funeral service to honor Carole's life will be held on May 3rd, 2025 at French Mortuary starting at 10:30am.

Her love lives on in all of us. We will miss her deeply but carry her memory in everything we do.
