Candice R. DeMar

Candice Ramona DeMar, second daughter of Samuel & Neome Candelaria, born February 19, 1950, completed her tenure on July 3, 2018. Survived by her husband Daniel, her children; Danielle (Brian) Carrillo, Catherine (Dax) Lujan, Elizabeth (Chris) Pollaro, Nathaniel (Chayani) DeMar; her siblings, Christina, Samuel, Carolina, Patrick, Mary, and Consuelo. Candice was a former microbiologist and religious education director whose smile gave light to many. Her passions were her children, her seven grandchildren, and the genuine interest she took in all whom she encountered. The family invites you to attend the Rosary on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. with Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church. A private family interment will take place at later date and time at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
