Bruce Alfred Lombardelli passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at the age of 72. Bruce was a man of few words. He had a sharp wit with impeccable timing, and an intellectual curiosity that was never ending.
Bruce was born in Albuquerque to Wanda and Pat Lombardelli. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Master's in Public Health. He spent most of his professional career working with the developmentally delayed and elderly. During this time, he met his wife, Mary Merchant, and they were married in 1987. After retiring, he rediscovered his passion working as a background actor. He enjoyed working on various projects throughout New Mexico and becoming a member of that community.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pat and Wanda Lombardelli; and his brother, Mark Lombardelli. He is survived by his wife, Mary Merchant; daughter, Mia Lombardelli; sisters, Martha Scull and Griselda Cuellar; many nieces, nephews, cousins; and close family friends.
