Bridget Erick

BRIDGET CATHERINE ERICKAge 53, a resident of Albuquerque, met her heavenly Father on July 3, 2012. She was born in Texas City, TX on March 28, 1959. Her family moved to Albuquerque when she was six years old. Bridget graduated from Highland High School and then attended UNM. After college she started her own computer business and then worked at AOL for several years. In her free time, Bridget loved to do beadwork, work in her garden with her flowers, and had a great love of cats. Bridget was active in her church and loved working with her church family. Bridget will always be remembered for her sweet personality. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Mike; her son, Michael Erick, Jr.; her mother, Barbara Murphy; numerous aunts, uncles, extended family members, friends, and church family. Bridget was preceded in death by her father, Doyle Murphy and her sister, Coleen Murphy, and her grandfather and grandmother, Mr. and Mrs. W.O. Muse. Services will be held Monday, July 9, 2012, 1:00 p.m., at Mountainside Church of Christ, 12300 Indian School Rd. NE, with burial to follow at Sandia Memory Gardens.
