Beverly Alice (Van Wyk) Gross

Beverly Alice Gross beloved wife, sister, aunt, great aunt and friend was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven on Friday, August 16, 2019 at age 67. She entered the world on Friday, June 13, 1952 in Chicago, ll. to parents, Joseph and Teri Van Wyk.

She was an R.N. in the intensive recovery room at Presbyterian Hospital and then became a nurse practitioner both at Presbyterian Infusion Center and ABQ Health Partners Coumadin Clinic in Albuquerque, NM.

She and her beloved husband, Allan were married in 2005. Beverly enjoyed many activities in life such as bible study, cross-stitching, playing piano, golfing with her parents, walks with her dogs, game nights with family and friends, Caribbean cruises with her husband, and traveling.

She loved her nieces and nephews unconditionally and spoiled them whenever she could.

Beverly loved the Lord Jesus and shared her faith openly. She was a parishioner of Heights Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Calvary Church. Beverly was not only a sister but a sister in Christ, she encouraged us to trust in the Lord and lean not on our own understanding.

Our sweet Beverly will be sorely missed as she enriched the lives of all who knew her. There is an emptiness left here on earth without her. Though we grieve, we have happy memories and are comforted knowing that she is in heaven with our Lord and loved ones and will be together for eternity.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Teri and sisters, Lanae and Shirley.

She is survived by her husband, Allan Gross; brother, Joseph; sister; Donna Hayes and husband, Stan; nephews, Joshua and Christopher Van Wyk (Fawn), and Eric Haynes (Christeena); niece, Lanay Henry (Mike); and great-nieces, Piper and Remi Haynes.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 21, 2019, 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH-Westside.

In Lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to Beverly Rich missions department Calvary Church Albuquerque Orphans fund.
