Betty Sue Weagley

On February 15, 2021 Betty Weagley, born March 25, 1932, left to join her husband Don of 54 years and the love of her life.

She was a native of Albuquerque, a graduate of Albuquerque High School, and attended the University of New Mexico. She was a driver for Meals on Wheels, taught bible study to youngsters during church services, and served on many community projects. She was the ultimate caregiver to her family and friends, sharing endless hours, days, and months for the betterment of others.

She and Don worked side by side at their company, Weagley Agency Inc. for 20 years and she founded Weagley Insurance Inc. in 1953.

She is survived by her son, Jeff and his wife, Stephanie; and her cousin, Dr. Gerald Charles and his wife Sandy.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, R.G. and Pearl Ross and dear in-laws, Roy D. and Audrey Weagley.

Per her request, private graveside services were held with Reverend Dr. Kelly Jackson Brooks of Central United Methodist Church presiding.
