Betty Higgins Thurber

Born September 9, 1927 - Died December 2, 2013. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Barnard (Skeet) Thurber. She leaves Jim and Cindy Hogue, Wanda and Bill Boatmun, Betty and Dan Houston, Pamela Bakke, David Hill, Cathy and Dave Grife y Vigil, Michelle Cordova and Roberta Rinehart. She has 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren. Betty is a Life Member of Edelweiss am Rio Grande, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Daughter of the Nile Clown Unit. Betty served on many civic organizations throughout her long professional career and she will be greatly missed.
