Betty Melidones

MELIDONES, BETTYBetty Melidones, 80, a resident of Tijeras, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2012. She is survived by her children, Sally Thompson (Ralph), Sharon Lucero (Mike), Bill Melidones (Kathy) and Nicolette Eberle (Jon); nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was also survived by her brother, Robert Grindey (Gayle) from Trilby, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nick Melidones. Betty was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi National Sorority, as well as Temple Baptist Church. Betty wished to be remembered as, a child of Christ, a loving wife, sister, mother and friend. Betty will truly be missed. Services will be held on Monday, September 17, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at French - Lomas Chapel, with Pastor Fred Gurule officiating.
