Bethal "Becky" Franks

Bethal "Becky" Franks, age 78, of Albuquerque, formerly of Clovis NM, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2014. She is survived by her children, Sandy Crow and wife Rhonda, Randy Crow, Brenton Franks and wife Ruth, and Michon Henegar and husband Mark. Becky also leaves behind her siblings, Nita Hern and Tommy Willeford. She was a grandmother to Brandon Crow, Britnee Grant, Brock Crow, Keaton Crow, Tyler Franks, Ashley Franks, Dillan Henegar, Shalyn Henegar; and a great-grandmother to six great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Billy Crow as well as her second husband, Raymond Franks, Jr. Mrs. Franks had been a member of Evangel Christian Center, was an ordained minister in the Assemblies of God and served as a volunteer Chaplain at hospitals. During her career she had been an elementary and middle school teacher both in Clovis and Albuquerque. Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming. A funeral service will follow on Thursday, October 23 at 2:00 p.m. at Evangel Christian Center, 4501 Montgomery Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109, with her son, Rev. Brenton Franks officiating. Burial will be held privately at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis, NM. Should friends desire, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Evangel Christian Center.
