Rose Ferreira, 78, a faithful Witness of Jehovah, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019. Rose was known for her zealous ministry and volunteer work. She enjoyed making crafts to give to friends and family. She enjoyed reading and putting puzzles together. She loved keeping in touch with friends and family via letter writing. She also loved having pictures of friends and family. She enjoyed living in the wide-open spaces of the West. Her children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren were very precious to her. Accomplishments; High School, Grass Range, MT, Pioneer School Seymour, TN, full-time Minister six years (dedicated 90 hours per month when she started, and then 70 hours per month). She is survived by her children, Rickie Dean Cox, Raymond Joseph Cox Jr., Robert Arthur Cox, Randal Leland Cox, Reece Alan Cox, John Melvin Ferreira Jr., and Robin Alena Hughes; her 12 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her brothers, Chuck Ingalls and Lyle Ingalls; and sister, Helen Hruska. She leaves many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins. Also touching Rose's life were many friends in NM, TN, MT, WY, HI, TX, CA, AZ, FL, NJ, and South America. Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Lyle and Bessie Ingalls; brothers, Lawrence Ingalls and Walter Ingalls; sister, Lily Wohlers; first husband, Raymond Joseph Cox; son, Rodney Gene Cox; and husband, John Melvin Ferreira. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3434 Nativitas Road NE Rio Rancho, NM 87144.
