Barton Busick

BARTON GENE BUSICKAge 63, a resident of Albuquerque since 1975, died March 4, 2013. He is survived by his spouse, Beth Busick; son, Jerry Busick and wife Nadine; daughter, Belinda Franco and husband, Dino; grandchildren, Gabriel, Alyssa, Ryan, Nicolas, and Sofia; his parents, Robert Busick and Patricia Busick; his brothers, Gary Busick and Kevin Busick; and his sisters, Laurie Peterson and Sherri Busick-Rother. Born in Forest Grove, OR, Bart spent his childhood years in Warden, WA and his teen years in Great Falls, MT. He went to college at the University of Montana in Missoula where he was a music major. After a storied career in sales, Bart became a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards and Merrill Lynch and most recently with LPL Financial. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church where he served as an Elder and as a choir member. He had been an active member of Video Creations and Pro Show, where he blended his passion as an outdoorsman with his skill as a photographer and his love of music. Bart was an avid fisherman and was a member of the Bass Bums Club. Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2:00 p.m., at First Presbyterian Church.
