Barbara Luverne Parker

Barbara Luverne “Barb” Parker died peacefully in her home on Monday, October 30, 2017 in Edgewood, NM at the age of 90. She passed her final days receiving loving care from her children with support from wonderful people at Kindred Hospice.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Debbie Parker; her son, Roy Charles Parker and wife, Kathleen; her granddaughter, Madelynn Parker; her grandson, Micah Parker; and wife, Sarena; her great grandchildren, Amaya and Noah; and many other family and friends.

Her Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 in Newton, Iowa where Barb will be laid to rest next to her husband, Shorty Parker at the Newton Union Cemetery.
