Barbara "Bobbie" Goldsmith

Barbara was born in NYC, the first daughter of Arthur and Greta Goldsmith who were both Holocaust survivors. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wallis DaCosta, her partner of 36 years, her grandmothers, and her four Scotties. She is survived by her sister, Irene Schultz, Bob Stone, her cousin Anne Greenburg, her niece Amy Restrepo and her great-nephew Matthew Restrepo, her nephew David Jarolmen, Damion DaCosta, Catherine Davis, Sabina Mackvodt as well as her sweet Winnie.
Barbara graduated from Tufts University and was a physical therapist for 40 years, 25 years in New York and 15 years in Albuquerque. She loved her profession as it allowed her to help so many people.
She is so grateful to her friends who were there for her, her dog park family, her rubber-stamping friends, and her wonderful neighbors. They all made her retirement years very special.
Cremation has taken place, a short service will be held on Thursday, August 4th at 10:00am at FRENCH–Wyoming with a reception to follow. She will be enniched with all of her baby puppies.
