Barbara Eastburg

Barbara Eastburg, age 87, a resident of Albuquerque since 1952, died September 6, 2021.

Barbara was born in Denver, Colorado and lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Worcester, Massachusetts for nine years  before moving back to Denver where she met and married her husband, Newell. They moved to Albuquerque in 1952 where all 3 children were born.

She is survived by her children, Linda of Albuquerque, Randy and wife Lisa of Dallas, Texas, Gwen and husband Jim of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Zachary, Brad and Brooke;and great-grandchild, Kayley.  Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Newell of 49 years.

She worked in sales for many years because she loved interacting with people. Barbara's faith was very important to her and she was a longtime member of Hoffmantown Church. Barbara had many friends that she loved playing jokes on and will be forever remembered for her sense of humor.
