Arlene A. Carlson

Arlene Alice (Allen Alworth) Carlson born Febraury 28, 1923 and passed away January 14, 2019. Arlene lived to the age of 95 and passed peacefully in her sleep. Her husband, her parents and her sisters preceded her in death. She was a wife, grandmother, mother, sister, aunt, godmother and good friend. She was born in Connecticut, raised a family in Illinois and retired with husband, daughter and granddaughter to Albuquerque, NM in 1990 and lived there until the present.

Arlene enjoyed many treats in life, including ice cream. During her retirement she enjoyed baking, playing hammered dulcimer and ballroom dancing. She also enjoyed helping take care of her granddaughter and two godsons. Arlene was always willing to give a helping and hand and was loved and appreciated by many. She will begreatly missed.

An intimate memorial service was held at French Mortuary on January 16, 2019.
