ANTONIO "TONY" JUAN CONTRERASTony, age 23, died unexpectedly Monday, July 9, 2012 due to a tragic car accident. He is survived by his mother, Adela Lopez; brothers, John Paul, Nathaniel, Vincent and Joshua Lopez; sisters, Audrey Lopez, Shawna and Yvonne Contreras; grandmother, Maggie Delgado; grandmother, Peggy Russell; uncle, Tim Delgado; grandparents, Willie and Patsy Lopez; and many other relatives and friends. Tony will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He loved working as a cook and even enjoyed cooking at home. He was always fixing things, especially the things he broke. Tony was preceded in death by his best friend, George; uncle, Sosteno Torrez; uncle, Juan Torrez; and great-grandfather, Antonio Lopez. Services will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at French-University Chapel, with visitation one hour prior from 1:00-2:00 p.m.
