Age 85, of Albuquerque, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. A loving and devoted wife and mother, she is survived by three sons, Charles, Lee, and John all living in Albuquerque; and nephews, Roger and Rodney. She was preceded in death by her husband, John McKinley Hart who passed away earlier in 2014; her father, Lee; and her mother, Ethel. Ann was born in New York City, NY in 1929. Her family relocated to El Paso Texas in the 1940's, where she attended high school. Later she moved to Albuquerque and worked at the Excelsior Laundry and State Electric Companies with many friends. She met her husband of 62 years and they were married early in 1952. She spent the rest of her life as a very loving, caring mother, and active housewife. She guided her three sons to lead proper and successful lives and taught them all to be good cooks. She was truly the inspirational glue keeping her family close. Ann had many friends in Albuquerque and was very active in the Four Hills Country Club Ladies Golf Association. In addition to her immediate family she loved her many dogs and her wonderful gardens. Ann was very kind to all she met, and will be truly missed. She is now with her soul mate, John for eternal love. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2014, 2:00 p.m., at Sandia Presbyterian Church, 10704 Paseo del Norte Blvd. NE. A reception will follow at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Animal Humane NM ().
