Andy Turrietta

Andy Turrietta passed away quietly on August 24th. He is survived by his wife, Ramona, of 55 years; his sons and daughters, John, Judy, Andrew, Jenny, Frances and Joseph; his grandchildren, John Brian, Linda, Jared, Patricia, Gayle, Devin. Andy had many brothers and sisters, Rosemary, Ross, Delores, Ben, Ricky, Fito, Christine, Milton, Bernie, Frances, Bertha, Ramon, and follows Caramel and Mable into heaven. He also leaves behind numerous nephews and nieces. Andy's family has many stories that demonstrate his great sense of humor and energy. Stories of trips, sports, vacations, roosters, and more. There are many people that will feel the impact of this loss. We remember a man that is young, healthy and that exemplifies a joy for living. We remember THAT man, the man that fished, played basketball, golf, and was always active. He taught his grandchildren how to execute an impressive hook shot and how to putt like a pro. A man with a razor sharp wit and infectious laugh. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, 11:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Lomas.
