Andrew A. DiBernardo Col. (Ret.) Usaf

Col. Andrew A. DiBernardo, USAF (Ret.), age 91, loving, tough, fair, sometimes cantankerous, "good time Charlie" (according to Mother!), and beloved father passed away on May 12, 2015. Andy was known for his love of life and was often the "life of the party." He was an avid golfer until 85 years of age, and shot his age and walked the course. He is survived by his loving children, Andrea ("Andie") DiBernardo Summers and husband Doug; son, Leon ("Lee") A. DiBernardo and wife Lisa; grandchildren, Laura DiBernardo Reddeg, and Adam DiBernardo; great-grandchildren, Mea Laurel, Shane and Mason. Andie and Lee would like to thank the genuine kindness, and excellent loving care Andy received from the staff of Bee Hive Memory Care (Bldg. C) and Gentiva Hospice. You will be sorely missed, Dad. A private family viewing was held Friday, May 15, 2015 at FRENCH - Wyoming. Interment will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Thursday, May 21, 2015 where Andy will be reunited forever with the love of his life of 67 years, Lee.
