Andon Lee Barreras
July 17, 1989 -October 27, 2020
Andon will always be remembered as a sweet, outgoing, fun loving, young man with a very kind and giving heart. He was loved dearly by his family and by those whose lives he touched. Andon loved many things in life. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved his parents, brothers, sister, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins, and most importantly Andon was loved by many, as he touched many lives.
Andon especially loved music and his time as a vocalist in a band. He also enjoyed body building, modeling, acting, snowboarding, longboarding, and free base rock climbing.
Andon would have liked to have been a counselor someday, as he felt he had a strength about him where he could help people get through their problems by using his life’s experiences as an example. He would have made an excellent counselor with his loving, kind, and positive words.
He loved his job at T-Mobile and all the great staff that he worked with and had interacted with there. He loved animals, especially his puppy Blitz. Andon was taken too soon, at the young age of 31, he went to heaven to be with his Lord and Savior.
Although Andon did not have children of his own, he had two younger brothers and one younger sister. He helped his dad, Rich, with guiding his younger brothers Orion and Demitri, and his mom, Malorie and dad, Mike with his little sister Danika. He loved each one of them dearly.
Andon was very personable and always had positive things to say to everyone in his life. Even when having a bad day Andon would still manage to greet people with kindness, warmth, and respect.
Andon was living with his grandpa, Larry, for the last few years and by helping to take care of him found a new purpose in his life. Though they had occasional disagreements he found joy in caring for Larry because he knew they would always make up.
Some of Andon's last words from an Instagram account were “I have many dreams to fulfill.” He has fulfilled the most important dream of being a guiding angel in Heaven. Andon will go on in our hearts and souls and his spirit will never die.
His last lesson to us is, “Life is a blessing and never take anyone or anything for granted. Count your blessings because tomorrow is not a guarantee. Love you all and God Bless.”
