Alva J. Brown and Becky L. Baca

Alva J. Brown, 87, loving father and grandfather and Becky L. Baca, loving daughter, mother, and grandmother, joined their family in heaven on May 14, 2015. Al honorably served in the U.S. Navy where he became an X-Ray Technician and later retired from the Veterans Administrations Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. He was a master of all trades, care giver to his family and friends and very special to all who had the honor of knowing him. Becky was an amazing mother and grandmother. She was extremely talented and creative. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening, and crafts. Her family was her greatest joy. Becky was the foundation of her family and was the sunshine in their lives. They were both loved by all and will be greatly missed. Al will be laid to rest in a private family service. A memorial service will be held to honor both Al and Becky Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 5301 Ponderosa Ave NE, 87110, where Al was ordained as a deacon.
