Alice Rice

Alice Rice, age 75, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on December 21, 2017. She is survived by her husband, Charles Rice; her children, Ray Rice, Joe Rice, Larry Rice and Bonnie Hunter; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and brother, Harry; and sister, Jean. The Rice family would like to send a special thank you to Alice’s niece Chantel and special friend Kathy for providing support.
Alice was a kind and loving person, who loved to live life and would help anybody. She kept the family together by organizing the family reunion for over 23 years. As her children were growing up, Alice was known as the mother of the neighborhood. She will be dearly missed.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2017, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., at FRENCH – University. Services will be on Friday, December 29, 2017, 2:00 p.m., at FRENCH – University. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Serving as pallbearers will be Jesse Rice, Joe Rice, Billy Currier, and Juan Rivera.
