Alice O'Bryan

O'BRYAN, ALICE Alice C. O'Bryan, 91, died November 21, 2014. She is survived by her sister, Roberta Stovall, several nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Her husband, Randall; her son, Ricky; her parents, Robert and Allie Carlton; her two sisters, Martha Forston and Josephine Cowan preceded her in death. She met her husband in San Antonio, TX where he served in the United States Air Force and she was in the Cadet Nursing Corp., gearing up for service in the War. However, WW II ended and she did not end up serving. She was a Registered Nurse and even received an honorary degree from Lubbock Christian University, which she was very proud of. Alice was a longtime member of the Church of Christ. Friends may visit Friday, November 28, 2014 at 4 p.m. at FRENCH - University. A graveside service will be Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd NE.
