Alberto Ramon Castillo

CASTILLO, Alberto Ramon 85, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 17, 2019. He was surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Saturday, May 5, 1934 to Jose Ramon and Carolina Cde Baca Castillo in Bernalillo, New Mexico. He is survived by his two children, Albert Castillo and wife Norma, Caroline Castillo Shahin and husband Sirous; Five grandchildren, Randy, Michael, and Valerie Castillo, Amir and Majeed Shahin; Three great-granddaughters, Trinity, Arabella and Sephoria; Three siblings, Andy Castillo, Gloria Castillo and Esther Castillo; and Best Friend Liz Arellano. Alberto will be greatly missed by numerous relatives, friends and all that knew and loved him. Alberto was a very talented carpenter, completed several additions to his own home. He loved classic cars and oldies music. He had a green thumb and could make anything grow. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Nancy Cano; and his four siblings, Rosie, Biddie, Bobby and Florence. A Rosary will be recited on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with a Memorial Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo.
