Adolph Evaristo Candelario, Jr., age 63, after fighting an extended illness, May 29, 2015, Jesus took his hand and guided him home. He was born in Embudo, NM, on May 17, 1952. He grew up in Northern New Mexico, graduated from West Las Vegas High School and attended Highlands University. At the age of 19, he became the youngest Journeyman Carpenter at that time. He worked in the Construction Industry for about 40 years, ending his career at Sandia National Labs as a Millwright. He was an accomplished artist, a master of Spanish Colonial Traditional Woodworking creating award winning handcrafted furniture pieces and carved santos. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a true outdoors man, teaching the traditions of workmanship and sportsmanship to his loved ones and friends. He was a true leader. Adolph was preceded in death by his father, Adolfo I. Candelario. Survived by his girlfriend, Lori Cordova; his mother, Alice; the mother of his children, Sandra; his son, Adam and wife, Sharon, their three children, Julianna, Monique and little Adam; his daughter, Crystal and her boyfriend, Jason; sisters, Theresa Sandoval, Doraine Rodriguez, Florence Flores, Patricia Bustamante, Bernice Worley; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 3, 2015, 6:00 p.m., at FRENCH - University. Rosary and Mass will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 starting at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in Peralta, NM followed by a Celebration of Adolph's life at Lori Cordova's Residence.
