Abel Molinar, born on July 14, 1940, to Juana and Cruz Molinar in Carlsbad, New Mexico. He passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021, as a faithful witness of Jehovah God. He was baptized on June 20, 1975. Abel is survived by his wife of 44 years, Patricia Ann, his best friend in life; sisters, Mary Faye Lopez from Phoenix, AZ, and Priscilla Opre (Russell) from Dewey, AZ; his dear daughter, Yolanda Roesner (Pete); granddaughter, Megan Roesner from Las Vegas, NV; son, Michael Molinar (Julie); granddaughter, Devin Molinar; grandson, Dylan Molinar from San Francisco, CA; and his dear niece, Yvonne Scherslight (Scott) from Rio Vista, AZ, and several nephews and nieces.
Abel served in the US Army from July 1957 to July 1960 tour of duty was in Berlin, Germany. After his service, he united with his family who had moved to Phoenix, AZ and followed in his father's footsteps and started his baking career. He worked at several bakeries in Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico from 1960 until he retired in 2002.
