William A. Mead II

d. December 18, 2019

Retired SMSGT William A Mead II (Bill) passed away after a lingering illness on December 18, 2019. He was 54. He leaves behind his parents,  Martha and Rafael Radillo, his sisters Tami Mead and Michelle Radillo, his nephew Connor Smith, niece Alexandria Baca, spouse Michele Shannon Mead, and William A Mead I.

Bill served his country in the United States Air Force for 28 years.  He primarily served in various European countries,  finally returning to the States in 2013 to reside in Ft Walton Beach, Fla, where he worked for a defense contractor.  Throughout his military and contractor career, Bill was deployed 32 times, many of those deployments in war zones.  Bill was an exemplary soldier,  an excellent mentor,  and a great role model.  He had a wicked sense of humor  and loved to have fun.

Bill will be sorely missed. He was taken too soon.
