Walter H. Clift

Walter H. Clift, 95, passed away Sunday, October 23. He is survived by his devoted wife, Martha; his daughter, Marsha Bol, and her husband, Michael Katz; his granddaughter, Cory Bol; and his cat, Cosmos, whom he called "Meow." Walter also leaves behind his many friends at Rio Grande Retirement Living.
He was born and raised a farmer in Greenfield, Indiana, moved to Albuquerque with his family in 1951 and worked for Mountain Bell Telephone as a Systems Manager for 33 years. Walter never met a stranger, and he remained forever a farmer in his heart. He was most happy in conversation over the fence post.
A family burial will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Las Placitas Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 768, Placitas, NM 87043, or a charity
of your choice.
