Sandra Lorraine Steffens-Brasher

June 24, 1943 – June 12, 2018

Sandra (Sandi), 74, a resident of Albuquerque, went home to be with the Lord on June 12, 2018. She is survived by her youngest son, Tony; daughter-in-law, Jennifer; older sister, Sherry Steffens-Grismore; grandson, Keith; granddaughters, Melanie and Shay; numerous great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Sandi was preceded in death by her father, George; mother, Sally; sister, Linda; husband, Dennis; and son, Robert.

Sandi was always happy as a child and grew into a loving, kind, and gentle woman who gave of herself without ever asking for anything in return. From singing in the church choir to writing Christmas pageants with her mother, Sandi was always finding a way to help.

Sandi was a chairperson for the Grace in Action Committee at St. Luke Lutheran Church for many years organizing church events.

Services will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9100 Menaul Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM.

Interment will follow at 2:15 p.m. sharp at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N. Guadalupe St., Santa Fe, NM.
