Samantha Sabrina Martinez

Samantha "Sami" Sabrina Martinez, beloved wife, mommy, daughter, granddaughter, auntie and sister, born on May 20, 1992, was called to be with her family in her eternal resting place on Sunday, September 13, 2020.

Sami is preceded in death by her father, David Atler, her paternal Grandfather, Dominic Atler, and her two uncles, Damien and Desiderio "Desi" Atler. She is survived by her husband, Shayne Michael Martinez; her daughters, Alannah and Analissa Martinez; her sisters, Alexandria, Mari, and Isabella Atler; her niece, Celeste Raine; her mother, Jennifer Montoya; her "Mama", Lila Lovato; and her German Shepherds, Shelby and Bella. She will be missed by her Godparents Amadeo and Adela Chacon, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Sami was the firstborn child to David and Jennifer. Samantha's name came from her mom's favorite soap opera and her dad picked out her middle name. She was born and raised in Albuquerque, but liked calling Gallina, NM her second home. She was a talented cheerleader through all her school years and made new friends everywhere she went. Sami had a huge passion for food, family, food, Disney, food, music festivals, and most of all, food.
