Ruth Moller Monteverdi

Age 93, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021.  Ruth was born in Aarhus, Denmark on April 8, 1928, to Johannes and Agnes Moller.  She is survived by her son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren and their spouses.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis; her parents; and a son.

Ruth was a graduate of the University of Aarhus and the University of New Mexico, where she received a Masters in Library Science with a focus on History.  Ruth taught for the Santa Fe and Albuquerque Public Schools, and various private schools in Albuquerque, NM.  She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1100 Indian School Rd. NE, where she participated on many committees and service groups.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Paul at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 23, 2021.  A brief reception will be held after the service.

Ruth was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and wife who loved life and never stopped living it to its fullest.  She will be missed very much by her family.
