Rosemarie Kobler "Oma" Coakley

Rosemarie "Oma" Kobler Coakley, 80, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on August 7, 2016. She was surrounded by her loving family and friends. Rosemarie was born in Ulm, Germany to Berta Kobler. She is survived by her children, Deborah Coakley, Brenda Kobler, and Harry Michael Coakley, Jr.; her grandchildren, Natasha Coakley-Randall, Ashlee Coakley-Randall, Eric and Helen Johnson, Christopher Waggoner, Audrianna Vega and Hannah Mesquite; Great-Grandchildren, Tyler Waggoner and Olivia Johnson; her first cousin, Hildegard Hall, and dear friends, Angie Johnson, Delphina Tovar, Jeanette Woo, and Rose Gabaldon, Wilma Sanders and Ruth Silva. She will be greatly missed by her extended Coakley family from Charleston, South Carolina, her family in Germany, numerous friends and all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her mother and her husband, Harry Coakley.

Rosemarie worked at Levi Strauss for 28 years and at Albuquerque Public Schools for 12 years. A visitation will be held Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Westside. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Westside.
