Rosalie S. Sanchez (Rose), 67, beloved wife of Paul A. Sanchez, mother and nana passed on Saturday, May 27, 2017.
She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Paul A. Sanchez; her children, Isaac Herrera and fiancé Kathleen, Mindy Sanchez and partner Will; her step-children, PJ Sanchez and wife Ana, April Candelaria and husband Bobby, and Angela Snyder and husband Mike. Additionally, she is survived by her many beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, and foster children. The pallbearers for the service will be Paul Andrew Sanchez III, Brooklyn Alena Sanchez, and William Melquiades Ortega-Sanchez.
In Life, Rose enjoyed boasting about her children and grandchildren, interior design, floral arrangements, and spending time with her family at home. She had a way of touching others lives’ through her generosity and genuine concern for their wellbeing. She was a mentor to others facing battles with cancer or struggles in life. Her guidance and love will be treasured by all who knew her.
A Rosary will be held Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic, 5712 Paradise Blvd NW, followed by a Mass at 10:15 a.m. A burial at Santa Fe National Cemetery will follow at 12:45 p.m.
