Reba Yocham Hardin, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend went to be with the Lord on Friday morning, February 27, 2015. Her vivacious personality and her positive outlook on life will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Reba was born on July 7, 1931 in Amarillo, TX. After attending Texas Christian University for one year, she married Alfred Richard Hardin, her husband of almost 64 years, on March 24, 1951. She is survived not only by her husband, but her three children: Jim Hardin and wife Effie of Tijeras, Dede Hardin Ferguson and husband David of Sandia Park and Lisa Hardin Innis and husband Mark of Albuquerque. She was blessed to have ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Leon and Geraldine (Albright) Yocham and her sister Donna V. Jackson. Reba and Dick were active members of Del Norte Baptist Church for many years where she will leave behind many beloved friends. She served as President of the Women's Missionary Union (WMU) for two terms, a total of eight years. Telling other people about Jesus was the most important thing in her life. She totally believed in God's saving grace and mercy because she experienced it so fully in her own life. Her whole family is so thankful to know that she is resting in the arms of the Lord and is totally free of suffering or pain, and that she is at peace. The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Del Norte Baptist Church, 5800 Montgomery Blvd. NE, Albuquerque.
