Phillip Maldonado

Phillip Maldonado, lifelong resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 11, 2021, at the age of 43.
Phillip was a loving and dedicated husband, father, son and brother. He loved his family very much.

Phillip enjoyed cooking, watching sports (football being his favorite), trying new restaurants, family vacations and teaching his daughter about basketball. No matter what you said or had an opinion about, Phillip always had to be right.
He is survived by his wife, Tabatha Maldonado and daughter, Kaylee Maldonado. He is also survived by his parents, Phillip and Debbie Maldonado; sister, Jennifer Luna and husband, Edwin Luna along with his godchildren, Jadyn and Isaiah Luna; and grandmother, Edilia Maldonado. He leaves many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and co-workers. Also touching Phillip's life were his mother-in-law, Carol Benavidez and father-in-law, Michael Serna.

A Mass honoring Phillip will be held on Monday, November 29, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Santuario de San Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 8301 Camino San Martin SW, in Albuquerque, followed by a burial to his final resting place at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Albuquerque.
