Peter J. "Pete" Sté�ke

Peter (Pete) J. Sté�ke, 63, died on January 5, 2017, from complications of vascular dementia. He was the owner/operator of Pete Sté�ke's Plumbing and Heating for 28 years. Pete loved to explore the hills of NM with his wife and dog. He enjoyed vintage country music, old cars, and airplanes and had an artistic soul. Pete's corny jokes will be missed.
Pete is survived by his beloved wife, Betsy L. Noel, his friend for 30 years; brothers, Randy and wife, Suzy, Paul and wife, Linda; sister, Elizabeth, and many nieces and nephews. Pete was preceded in death by his father, Floyd; mother, Peggy (with whom he shared a birthday); brothers, Kenny and Jay; and sister, Victoria.
A brief Memorial Service will be held on January 13, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life Reception until 5:00 p.m.at FRENCH - University.
