Nancy Carolyn (Nail) Opland

Nancy was born Monday, November 9, 1936. She left us on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at the age of 86. She was born in Arkansas but was a longtime resident of New Mexico living in Albuquerque, Bosque Farms, and Los Lunas. She was very talented and did many crafts across several mediums. She graduated from Highland High School in 1955.
She is survived by her brother, Will Nail and his wife, Marth; her daughter, Carrie Armour and husband, David; son, Eddie Opland and wife, Kimberly; grandchildren, Kira, Edwin, Rachelle, Stasia, Cassandra, Jeffrey, and Renee; great-grandchildren, Edwin (Opie), Dean, Faith, Conner, Emma, Isaiah, Heidi, Dylan, Hailey, Jaxon, and Soraya.
She had a love of all animals & enjoyed gardening. She was married to Edwin Opland Jr in March of 1956 and was close to him until his passing in 2009.
