Monica Rachel Lowe

Monica R. Lowe, age 23, passed away after an unexpected illness on Friday, December 27, 2019, at St. David’s North Austin Hospital in Austin, TX. She was born February 8, 1996, in Albuquerque, NM to Dan and Kathy Lowe. She was a 2014 graduate of Rio Rancho High School and moved to Austin, TX in 2018 where she worked as a receptionist at an insurance company. Monica had many interests including the outdoors, art and music. She loved spending time with family and friends and had a great love for all animals, especially her cat, Ms. Pree.

She is survived by her father, Dan Lowe; mother, Kathy Lowe; sister, Melissa Lowe; paternal grandfather Joe D. Lowe; maternal grandparents, John J. Miglio and Rosalie V. Miglio; and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins. Monica was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Beverly Lowe.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2020, 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Westside.
