Mary Alice Mitchell

Mary Alice Mitchell, 89, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend passed peacefully on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.

She was born in San Antonio, Texas on August 26, 1931. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe and daughter, Mary Jo Brooks. She is survived by her daughter, Ann Guernsey (Bryan), son-in-law, Barry Brooks; four grandchildren, Scott Guernsey (Camille), Morgan Guernsey (Jared), Alex Brooks and Nathan Brooks (Emily); and one great grandchild, Sebastian Guernsey.

Mary was a devoted Christian and was a member of the Netherwood Park Church of Christ for many years.

Private interment will be held in Santa Fe National Cemetery.
