Julia Trujillo Sena

Julia Trujillo Sena, age 86, passed away in Albuquerque on April 1, 2016 after a short illness. She passed with her daughter Sylvia and granddaughter Jessica at her side. She is survived by her daughters, Sylvia Gonzalez and husband Mario, Anita Little and husband Lee, and son Dennis Sena and wife Natalia. She is also survived by seven granddaughters, one grandson, and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Lucas, daughter, Kathy Horcasitas, and brother, Edward Trujillo. After suffering a stroke in 2007, she was a resident of the Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque for eight years. During her stay at RCA, she made many friends as she made her rounds in her motorized wheelchair. The family wants to thank all the staff, nurses, and CNA's who cared and loved her. Even though she was unable to speak, she appreciated the kindness and care of the staff.
Rosary will be recited Tuesday, April 5, 2016, 6:30 p.m., at FRENCH - Wyoming. Friends and family may visit beginning at 5:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, April 6, 2016, 8:45 a.m., at Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at 11:15 a.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
