Jonathan Quick, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother unexpectedly passed away on September 7, 2016.
He was born in Meridian, Mississippi, on March 13, 1933, to the late Marguerite Joy and Wirt Johnston Quick. He is survived by his beloved wife, Judy, of 32 years; his children, Kathi Schmidt, Dianne Padgett, Robin Hopkins, Lisa Burgin, and Kim Hendricks; his brothers and sisters, Joy (Alan) Wiedenhoffer, Tom (Judy) Quick, Jack Quick, and Joan Warmack; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He lived many places across the United States but considered both New Mexico and California his homes.
He and his wife have owned a successful business (Quick and Associates, the schoolbook and tech people) selling educational materials and technology products to school districts for over 20
years.
Jon enjoyed all sports and was an avid golfer. He and Judy loved to travel and did so whenever they could take a break from business.
He will be greatly missed by his family, business associates, multitude of friends, and especially, by his little dog, Jake.
