John Taschner

Lt. Colonel John Taschner, USAF, ret., 86, beloved father, was called to his eternal resting place on September 1, 2016. He entered this world on April 3, 1930 in Hemet, CA, born to Sherman and Francess Taschner. He is survived by his son, Robert Taschner; daughter, Karen and husband, John Chimarusti; step-daughter, Kathy Young; and his four granddaughters.
John served in the Air Force from 1953 - 1974. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2016, 4:00 p.m., at FRENCH - Lomas. A committal service will be held on Friday, September 16, 2016, 10:30 a.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
