Jessie Ramirez

Jessie Ramirez, age 94, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother.
He is survived by his wife, Fannie Ramirez; children, Peggy and Bob Friend, Steven Ramirez, and Janie and Richard Carrillo; grandchildren, Jessica, Cassidy (Regis), Tanya Friend, Mario Carrillo, and Daniel Carrillo (Marilyn); four great-granddaughters; brother, Max Ramirez; and sister, Juanita Valadez. Mr. Ramirez was preceded in death by his grandson, Carlos Carrillo; his parents, Jesus and Herminia Ramirez; and sister, Fernanda Mata.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2021, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., with Rosary to be recited at 6:00 pm at FRENCH-University. A Mass with be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, 10:00 a.m., at San Jose De Los Duranes Church, 2110 Los Luceros Rd. NW. He will be laid to rest at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date. Pallbearers will be Mario Carrillo, Daniel Carrillo, Regis Cassidy, George Chavez, Ross Baca, Simon Baca, Marko Stoyanof, and Alex Padilla.
