James Paul Wallace

James Paul Wallace, 87, beloved husband and father, was called to his eternal resting place on January 8, 2017. He entered this world on April 11, 1929 in Red Oak, IA, born to James and Mildred Wallace. He is preceded in death by his loving son, Mark Wallace. He is survived by his wife, Dixie Wallace; daughters, Paula Wallace, Marcia Carter and Lori Benavides; son, David Wallace; sister, Mary Woods; brother, Roger Wallace; 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. James proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1950-1952.
A visitation will be held Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 4500 Seven Bar Loop Road NW, Albuquerque, NM. A Graveside Service will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. A private burial will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date.
