Loving husband to Margaret McBride, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his daughter, Margaret Onuska and husband, David; grandson, Estevan Piña and wife, Jamie Howell.
He lived a life of service. Army veteran with 22 years active duty service and a Korean War vet. He also was an Elementary school teacher at Santa Rosa Arizona on the Tohono O'odam reservation. Volunteer at Raymond G. Murphy VA hospital from 2004 until no longer able to serve due to declining health. Active member of Eastern Star and Scottish Rite temple. He is now where there will be no setting sun. There will be a Celebration of Life Service on Friday, August 5, 2016.
